In knowing the retirement, land lease, assisted living and aged care space intimately, our sales team follows contract and legislative compliance procedures rigorously. Resident agreements, contracts, variations – we are experts in all these areas. We can liaise with legal representatives, design and construction teams to ensure the process is smooth for all parties. Our sales and marketing teams work together to develop a retention program that ensures depositors stay engaged, and become effective community advocates throughout the construction period.

Resales service

Our team can step in and manage the process from the initial intention to vacate through to the new resident moving in. This includes the coordination of stylish reinstatements and renovations and managing the expectations of the clients and their families. Benefits include increased satisfaction from outgoing residents, resulting in more referrals and lower fixed costs, as employing an internal sales manager isn’t necessary. Importantly, this removes the burden of selling your stock from you and entrusts it to our professionals, who do it every day.
